<center>I am having a blast this last couple of days.
We can finally meet friends, go shopping, visit restaurants etc here in Madrid, but of course all while social distancing. Which is really better than being in full lock-down. We have had the toughest 3 months being in state of alarm, and being able to have people come over just to share a meal/drinks feels great, like a Blessing in disguise.
Of course it wouldn't be complete without great food. I am a die hard foodie and hosting is one of my fave things to do.
# THE FOOD
On Friday we had cocktails with neighbors and we hosted some family friends yesterday which was amazing.
It's great to finally have some form of normalcy and just to be grateful for the little things that make life interesting, like *food*..
We had some BBQ and the very infamous *Spanish Paella*, this was a vegetable paella and it was absolutely delicious.

We had it with some tomatoes, cucumber & mozzarella salad, dressed in olive oil, salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Very yummy!!

And of course some white & red wine. It wouldn't be a complete dining experience without wine now would it?
All in all, hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the little things life has to offer right now. Cause it's an ugly messy world out there and ppl don't seem to realize how short life can be.
I'm all about the positive vibes now.
