Our community is an active one, very vibrant and full of hardworking leaders who are keen on ensuring that each and everyone of us succeed on the blockchain and that our stay here is comforting.
This can be seen in the hardwork they execute on our behalf, the various curation, the various contests, activities and challenge they bring up always. Their efforts is truly commendable and we must thus appreciate the very little they do at all times.
I believe some few things could be upped to make steemians feel even more comfortable and relaxed and welcomed which would add up to their retention and many more. The first thing i am going to talk about is more clarification on #club5050. Initially it was bactdated to 7 days and now 1 month and now we are talking about arrears from the previous month.
Many are confused old members and newbies alike and the new members even worse. This is hindering their progress and their opportunities available to getting steemcurators support. I believe a better delineation of this during perhaps one of the weekly meetings would go a long way.
The last thin i am going to talk about is encouragement from leaders to members every now and then. Words are powerful tools that has been used over the years to accomplish so much, many just want to here it from a cr tell them that it will be fine, they should keep writing, that there is still more hope etc.
I believe adding this to the already amazing work our leaders are doing will help do so much for so many people which would also add up to our members retention in our community. Many thanks for this contest and the opportunity to share my thoughts. Thanks for your time and stay safe.
