I saw many people use 100% reward for their post. It is highly unprofitable ! Even if anyone want only SP. 


### Why ?
The idea of the SBD is that it imitates the American dollar and has such a cursor according to the Steem awards.
In other words, if the rewards are 50/50 then for posting the prize is $2, we will get $1 in SBD and $1 in STEEM. So we would get 1 SBD and 0.17 STEEM, which is worth $9 because the SBD curtain is pumped out to $8.
However, if we choose the 100% SP prize, we will get 0.34 STEEM, which is worth $2.

### When use 100% SP ?
It will be worthwhile if the SBD cursor is below $1.

## Summary
We can see from this simple example that 50/50 picking is 4.5x more cost effective than using 100/0. those who only want to increase the SP choose 50/50 prizes and then, after receiving the award, turn SBD into STEEM and do Power UP.
