Every day provides us with opportunities to celebrate. Today I invite you to celebrate sweet treat, fudge! Fudge came into being by accident, hence the name fudge.

<center><strong>A SWEET MISTAKE</strong></center>
<center>Fudge the treat we know today,
came into being in an unusual way.</center>
<center>In approximately 1886,
caramel was being mixed,</center>
<center>While applying heat,
to create this treat.</center>
<center>The temperature is key,
it needs a certain degree.</center>
<center>It has to do with sugar breaking down,
and recrystallizing during cooldown.</center>
<center>when you under heat,
fudge is the resulting treat.</center>
<center>Instead of frowning at the mistake,
the candy maker decided to partake,</center>
<center>to their delight,
it tasted just right.</center>
<center>A new confection was born,
thanks to a candy maker’s lack of scorn.</center>
