[私家厨房]~ 盐焗虾

平时在家,大虾都是红烧、水煮、炸虾等等;今天来烧一个盐焗虾,看名字就知道主要材料是粗盐(海盐)和虾啦!但今儿个再添一样海螺一起焗。
来准备材料咯:海盐、八角、桂皮、香叶、花椒、生姜、干辣椒、虾、海螺。

1)虾清洗干净,去虾线,剪掉虾须,生姜切片。
2)上锅开中小火,锅烧热后把大量海盐和八角、干辣椒、桂皮放入炒一小会,再放入香叶和花椒继续炒。(盐的量要看虾的数量来决定多少)
3)加热到海盐粒发烫,盛起一半的海盐,把盐抹平些,虾码好,再把生姜码好,把一半盛出的盐均匀的倒入覆盖住全部的虾,盖上盖子,加热10分钟即可。(海螺比较大,不能和虾一起焗,我是等虾完成了再用同样的方法焗的海螺)

这样的做法是把虾的滋味彻底的还原了,看成品是不是很有食欲呀!制作简单又好吃。

注:虾螺做好后,把盐再略微炒一下,潮味散发了,留着下次还能用呢!
