［私家厨房］～凤梨鸡块

外卖买了一些水果，其中有一份切凤梨有点酸，还有几块实在吃不下了，寻思着把它解决掉，最后想到拿它炒个鸡块。拿出冰箱的鸡腿，晚饭添一个菜！🤭

准备食材：鸡腿、凤梨、胡萝卜、生姜、生抽、糖、料酒、盐、生粉、油。

1）把鸡腿切成块状，先炒一下水。
2）起锅倒油，放入生姜片爆香，再把鸡块放入炒，再放入胡萝卜块，倒入料酒和生抽，再加入点清水，盖上盖子焖煮4分钟。

3）开盖后放入少许盐和糖调味，再放入凤梨翻炒几下。
4）碗中放一点生粉，加入清水拌匀，倒入锅中翻炒勾芡后就可以出锅了。

酸甜口味很不错！鸡肉搭配凤梨使得鸡肉很嫩，大家可以试试哦！
