Being goofy isn't such a bad thing (sometimes)

I made you a promise a few days ago, that I will show you the end result of my creativity for my oldest girl. And I am about to do it now... But there are two sides of this whole situation... I forgot to make a photo of the toy right before I finished it, and now its already looking like its a few years old.

On the other hand, I can say that my oldest adores it, and she is taking it with her wherever she goes. So thumbs up for a successful finish. ;) If you have the time, and two spare socks, a few buttons and a needle and thread you just give it a go and make your kids happy with the end result.

I love this doll.....it looks well loved.  I'm going to try to make one for my grandson.  I did purchase one for him though - a grey sock one and he loves it.  Maybe he needs a blue one too so the other monkey has a friend. :)
