Hungry for more
Although it's getting late I pulled myself together and decided to share with you a recipe for a simple snack, which you will make in no time. All you need to do is follow these steps described below and voila the tasty treat for all.

#
First, you have to prepare the dough. I usually make a regular one-from which I bake bread. After it rises I take a small amount of it and roll it thin.
#

#
Afterward, I cut the dough in triangles and put a small amount of ketchup in the middle of each triangle.

#
You can also put some dried oregano on it if you want the taste resembling the pizza even more. On top of the ketchup, I add some cheese and ham.

#
When all is stacked I roll my version of croissants tightly and space them evenly on the baking tray with parchment paper on it.

While the first batch is baking, I prepare another one, so the oven is never empty until the end. Usually, I prepare a bigger quantity of them just because they are so practical. You can serve them fresh and hot, or you can wait after they cool down, and later pack them in some airtight bags, and put them in the freezer. So when you get some unexpected visitors, and you don't have any fresh snacks, you can unfreeze them in a minute or two in the microwave.

#
But if all this is a way to complicated, or you don't have the time to do it, you can simply make regular bread dough (flour, lurk water, salt, fresh yeast, a teaspoon of sugar, and a little vegetable oil and milk).
#
After the dough rises you have to mix it again and leave it to rise. From it just roll small balls, and arrange them close together on the baking tray with parchment paper on. Bake them until golden brown on top. But if you aren't sure if they are baked in the middle just use a toothpick and stick it in the biggest ball. If the toothpick is clean, after you remove it from the bread it's baked, but if there is some dough on it you have to give it some more time in the oven.

After baking, just smear some butter on hot balls to make them even tastier. 😇 Hope you liked my suggestion, Buon appetite, and a strong will to resist eating after this post. 😄

YES! We do that with little sausages. Often we call it pigs in a blanket.

@stef1 ·
That is very delicious recipe, I love baking and this sounds like a snack that my son and husband will definitely love. I usually did the same little horns but filling was apple-cinnamon just like a Christmas bakery, but the one you suggested just good as a real small snack even for friends of my son when they suddenly come over. Thank you for sharing :)
