<center>**Scorpio is about coming clean.**</center>

You have several weeks here to really work with and consider the things the Scorpio lunation puts on the agenda in all our lives ... but specifically for how it applies to you.

**Scorpio is about facing difficult truths, bringing previously hidden information to light.**  It's about solving mysteries and puzzles that may have baffled you -- or worse, hindered you.  It's time to uncover some and put them to rest.  The Truth washes away a lot of confusion -- and releases the energy you spent either searching for answers or keeping them hidden from yourself.

We all do this.  That itself isn't a secret!  Once you can find The Truth of the matter -- and are willing to face it, you can move on, unencumbered by the hobbles and restraints you've dealt with all this time -- maybe for years.  The lightened load may be astonishing.

What false truths have you bought into?  What lies have you accepted -- or worse, have been telling yourself?  What have you tried desperately to rationalize, explain away, tolerate, reinterpret or deny that just won't stay buried any longer?  (What just passed through your mind?  Try looking there for a start.) 

When you find how much you were actually burdened by the weight of denial, false hope, outright lies and distortions, you'll be relieved at how much easier your journey is -- at least until you accumulate more.  This, too, is part of Scorpio's theme of releasing -- and reshaping.  Once *the facts of your life change,* your life itself changes -- and it will be different from now on.

<center>**Dissolving and renewing**</center>

**Scorpio is about recycling, discarding and rebuilding, releasing and replacing.**  We all benefit from a regular "assessment and inventory" and a regular "house-cleaning" that clears out the deadwood from life.  Just in the course of living things accumulate.  We let things slide and just put up with them.  We carry old commitments, habits, ideas, responsibilities and situations long after they've ceased doing us -- or themselves -- any good.

So ... what in your life is ready to pass on? What has become unproductive, exhausted, inappropriate, useless, parasitical and a real drag on your energy and resources?

This could be anything ... from an outdated concept to a withered relationship to a job that just ain't doin' it for you any more ... to a self-image that is ready for a major face-lift to a life direction that needs serious refocus and dedication. And ... what is an appropriate replacement for what you are leaving behind? What can you do to make these changes happen?

<center>**Fundamental changes**</center>

**Scorpio is about deep inner transformation.** This requires some serious soul-searching and introspection -- and frankly, it can take some time to bring the right answers to the surface where you can work with them. How are you different than you were last year? How are you different than you were 10 - 12 years ago (the last time Jupiter the planet of expansion and growth traveled through Scorpio -- where it is again now?)

How are you a different person? How have your values changed? How do you see the world now -- as opposed to how you did then? Where do you want to invest your talents and energy? What do you want to create? How do you want to make a difference ... and how can you go about this?

<center>**Reinvesting yourself**</center>

**Scorpio is about merging your talents, resources and assets with suitable investment partners.**  What talents, assets, possessions, experience, ideas, connections, etc., do you bring to a potential alliance? How can you use these to produce something spectacular? What outside resources do you need from other people who can join with you in group action?

What kind of "investments" can you make together to create something neither of you could accomplish alone? (They have talents, etc. You have talents, etc. Together you are stronger than the sum of your parts. So now is the time to join forces -- and create something greater than you could achieve separately.) How can this contribute to your future growth and your next phase of evolution?

If you've always known there was more to Astrology than Sun Sign material and the three line daily horoscope in the newspaper, climb aboard and follow this blog. Little by little, I'm doing a set of articles that talks about all the elements in your horoscope and what they have to say about you.  If you "know something" about Astrology -- or know something about your chart placements, that will help you get more from this material.

If you don't ... well, this is one place you can learn. We all have to start somewhere ... because we aren't born knowing this stuff. Meanwhile, if you've never seen your horoscope ... and don't have a clue how to work with it, maybe it's time to find out. There are lots of "chart services" on the internet -- some of whom produce decent, readable charts "for free" and some are so awful and confusing that even I can't read them easily -- and I've worked with charts for decades.

One extremely user-friendly chart site is here: [AstroLabe](https://alabe.com). I recommend them if you want a simple, easy-to-read chart. I think they even give a reasonable little interpretive reading of your horoscope as part of the package. You'll need to know your birth information -- day, month, year, ***time*** and geographical place. Without all that your chart will have limited accuracy.

Or, if you want to get serious and really talk about this, ***upvote this post*** and start a conversation in the comments section sometime in the next six days from the time of publication. We'll go from there depending on what you want to know.

<center>**About the art in our visual essays ...**</center>

Although sometimes the background pictures in our visual essays support the topic and text, they don't always.  Sometimes the connection is clear.  Sometimes it's symbolic and subtle.  Sometimes, there's no connection at all.  

The scenes depict landscapes and natural features, buildings and wildlife.  They were chosen because they show something lovely or interesting ... or simply because the photo appealed to me.

Our spectacular and remarkable planet is changing at astonishing speed.  Rarely are these changes for the better.  Few people seem to know ... or care ... or have the will and power to do anything about this.  It may not be long before the world humans have known and lived in for centuries is forever lost.  We certainly won't be able to make repairs as fast as we destroyed it.

So a few years ago I began collecting pictures of the way things were ... and still are for now, a record of the beauty we have while it is still ours to love and honor.

The photos here are part of that collection, with sincere thanks to the artists who saw these moments ... and with their cameras ... preserved them.   All of us at Enchanted Spirit are profoundly grateful to them for their generosity and skill ... and for the added grace, depth and dimension their art brings to ours.

I done a letting go ritual for samhain which was so beneficial for me, this whole year has led me to this point of realization and acknowledging what I had been allowing into my life and how I was holding onto a relationship that I was not seeing in it's true light. So much truth has come to me lately and I feel myself become stronger as I move forward into the dark of winter. I welcome this time to rediscover the old me and embrace the new me. xxx
