My Actifit Report Card: August 13 2019

Hello, it's me, Beverly! 😁

What's up steemians! How's your day? Mine is nice and productive. I'm happy today because I was able to spend time at the gym. 😅 I was able to do some excercise using the treadmill. It was a 30 minutes running and walking which is fun. 😁😁😁

I run my actifit app to monitor my activities while I'm at the gym. And boom! I reached more than 10,000 activity counts according to my actifit app! 😍😍😍

I really enjoyed my time at the gym! It was a very productive day for me. Haha. Take a look at my actifit report card down below. 🤟

This is one of the things that I really need to improve on. Taking care of my health. Being an online worker really takes away the physical activities. I need to go exercise gaining a lot of weight lately and getting easily tired just going up a flight of stairs heheh.

It's okay @ankarlie. It's really hard to have time for this kinds of activity if you're an online worker. being and online worker really requires time. But at least, try to have some exercise even if it is once a week. You can do it girl! 😁
