*Fear, according to Google is explained as an unpleasant emotion caused by the threat of danger, pain, or harm.*
*Fear or terror has made many Christiana sway away from God and the gospel.
Have you asked yourself why many lies, greed, murder, and all kinds of sin are going on in this world? Fear is mostly one of the many factors.*
*For the fear of not getting what to eat tomorrow, or not living a comfortable life, we tend to steal or commit some petty thefts in our workplaces and amongst our own selves.
Many people have turned into thieves because of this feeling, fear.
It doesn't really look like it when you think of it in the normal way. It's true, it's the habit of some people to steal no matter their circumstances, but for some, they do it because of fear or anxiety. They mostly ask themselves "What am I going to do if I don't do(steal) this?".
We are living in a world where everyone is consumed with fear, either knowingly or not.
Those we call "prostitutes" do what they do because of anxiety of fear. They fear for what will happen to them the next hour, the next day or possibly the next year. So they tend to resort to filthy living to get what they need, forgetting about God's promises.*
*Many people are taking refuge in other gods or other spiritual entities for protection because of fear of their lives.*
*On a normal scale, we all know that's what fear can do; when fear engulfs you, it's not easy to think normally. Let's say you meet a very scary being, animal or any frightening situation, which threatens your life. I know you will bear with me that, even though you might be a very courageous person, you get frightened at the first moment. You get dumbfounded, you lose hope, you simply forget about God! That's what Satan wants.*
***He(Satan) instils fear in us, then we forget about God, then we sin, then we get damned!***
*We forget about all quotes in the bible when we get this feeling of fear.*
*Let's look at these situations in the bible.*
> Now Abraham moved on from there into the region of the Negev and lived between Kadesh and Shur. For a while he stayed in Gerar,and there Abraham said of his wife Sarah, "She is my sister." Then Abimelek king of Gerar sent for Sarah and took her.- Genesis 20:1-2

*I know we've read this story.
Have you ever thought of why Abraham did that?
Because of fear. He was afraid for his life. Because Sarah was so beautiful that Abraham thought if he said she was his wife, maybe the king would kill him and take Sarah. Meanwhile, unkowingly to Abraham, the king himself feared God.
Abraham almost brought a curse on an innocent King because of fear.*

2 And kept back part of the price, his wife also being privy to it, and brought a certain part, and laid it at the apostles' feet.

4 Whiles it remained, was it not thine own? and after it was sold, was it not in thine own power? why hast thou conceived this thing in thine heart? thou hast not lied unto men, but unto God.

*This is a story about a known couple who decided to sell their own land to help God's work.
Now, after selling the land, they decided to keep a part of the money and we know what happened to both of them.
Why did they do that? The land was theirs in the first place wasn't it? But right after they decided to give it to God, it wasn't their anymore.
That's what they failed to recognize. So they decided to keep some of the money for fear of tomorrow. I'm sure they were like "What have we done? We could've sold it for ourselves. Are we going to give all this money to the church while starve?"*
*They decided to keep a part of it because of fear. They were thinking about what they would eat the next day so they sinned.*
*When fear gets into us, we forget*

...and call on me in the day of trouble;

*We also forget this quote*

*I know life gets difficult for us all the time, temptations to sin, fear of death and bad things.
What we should know is that, all these things have been planned by satan and it's only going to lead us into nothing but sin and damnation.*
*Let's focus on God always, never forgetting to have the courage to withstand any fear and temptations that come our way.*
