Actifit | Minions, Motorcycles and Mountains: April 25 2019

Meanwhile, in a lair far, far away, deep inside the Highlands of Scotland. My Minions are.... having a sexy photoshoot on my motorcycles!πŸ˜‘ Those little B*st*rds! πŸ˜€πŸ˜‚

I may need to fire my minions but it is awfully difficult to get reliable helpers in the current year!Β πŸ˜‚

So, I've decided to rebuild and improve one of my motorcycles. Of which, I may write a blog post or two here about doing so. Currently, I'm taking the bike back to its frame, then rebuilding from there. I'll try to write a few brief posts aimed at the average guy, instead of a snooze fest covering every fastener.😴

**Training wise** πŸŒ„πŸšΆπŸ‘£Β  I had planned on running but it ended up raining so I did some cardio and a wee hike on my way home. Most of today was spent indoors which was kinda boring. I've started carrying my laptop and a few books in my backpack and walking to a cafe that's about 4 miles away then walking home. Pretty much to get out of the house, and do some work outside, as well as an extra excuse to exercise.

Next week I hope to increase my training to what it used to be last year. Stress, illness, and some heartache this year has caused me to shy away from life. 

We all get hurt from time to time, sometimes the actions of another can cut deeper than any blade. It's important to take some time to heal and lick our wounds but it's even more important to move on and return to life.
It's very easy to just hide in a mancave but decay, but dealing with the pain and moving on to discover something better is what must take place. This is difficult at first, but such is life.Β
