Great app. I managed to give up sugar in my coffee (after a great struggle), but have not succeeded in cutting down on cakes or on alcohol. Sometimes the temptation is so great, sugary stuff is in your mouth before you realise it.

i agree with your point and yes i do believe sugar is a source of many diseases. so why not we should try to get rid it off from our lives? i already don't take sugar already is on this  no sugar

Getting more rest in the body means inviting obesity.  Initially we do not pay much attention to these things but when the situation becomes serious then we start paying attention.  Excess obesity always invites sugar disease.  Once it is captured, not only our food and drink changes, but we also have to avoid a lot.  Even we find ourselves unable to eat anything according to our taste.  The better option for this is to take a rescue route so that such a situation does not occur.  Such applications have been developed with technology that not only makes us aware of these things but also suggests ways to avoid them. Really useful and informational search.

I lost my mother Due to this dangerous decease :( hopefully apps like this will provide awareness to the people who don't care for their health even after having Suger.

I think it's nice to use because of checking daily sugar level. We can maintained well our diet.
