扭到脚
今天和我哥一家一起去农场摘苹果。摘了一圈后，发现一棵很大的苹果树，树上的苹果又大又红，但是苹果都在树上比较高的地方

我目测了一下苹果的距离，感觉只要我用力跳起来就可以摘到

所以我助跑了一下，用力跳起，顺利摘到一个苹果。但是在着陆的时候，左脚踩到一个遗弃在地上的苹果，然后脚关节一下子扭到了

扭到的时候，脚非常的痛，但是还能走几步。把袜子脱掉后，发现脚关节肿的很大，看来今天的苹果是摘不了了

为了不让大家扫兴，和他们说自己没事自己可以走回车上休息

一路上拖着受伤的脚缓慢的往停车场走。离停车场其实不远，但是拖了半小时才到

到车上后，把脚对着冷气口吹，希望可以消点肿

吹着吹着，发现脚比之前更痛了。之前还能走路，现在连走路都不能走了

但是幸运的是，伤到的是左脚，右脚没事还可以开车

由于扭到脚，本来明天要回办公室上班的机会又要延迟1周了

明天看看脚是否还肿，如果还肿就要去拍x光，看看伤到哪里了

本来愉快的一天被脚伤拖累了
