My Actifit Report Card: July 31 2019
This morning I've managed to hurt my lower back again and all my day was a struggle full of pain. I've tried to do my daily duties but could only do a part as I had to protect my back in order to get better. 

Walking can help and that's what I did but could only reach 5k as more would have done much harm. I'm hoping tomorrow will be better as this is not fun at all. 

I was planning to resume running training again soon but after today I'm not sure it would be wise. I wanted to start running again as it has so many benefits but it looks like that will remain a dream.

For now I have to limit myself to walking. Fast walking can burn a lot of calories, so that will do for now.
