Today I didn't skip cycling, so here I am with my stats.

Funny how we react in some situations. I'm usually watching TV while pedaling as otherwise it's extremely boring. Sometimes I lose focus as I'm watching TV and lose speed but not today. 

I don't know what's happened today but I've never done 11.5 km in 20 minutes. My average performance is 10km. I need to stick to this and try to repeat every time.

Today is a historical day not only because I've done 11.5 km in 20 minutes but also because BTC has reached a new ath. Let's see where we go from here. Is this a double top and we're going down or BTC can continue momentum. Time will tell.
