Ser resilientes nos hace más fuertes
<div class="text-justify"> Desde que el mundo es mundo, existen los inconvenientes, los accidentes, las cosas salen distintas a lo planeado, no se concretan objetivos, y este tipo de acontecimientos hacen que nuestra vida cambie, hay cambios que quizás son leves y no afecte tanto nuestra vida diaria, sin embargo hay situaciones que nos cambian la vida radicalmente.

Vivir es tan complejo que no solo lo que nos sucede a nosotros puede cambiarnos porque la muerte de un allegado puede incidir mas de la cuenta en nuestro estado de ánimo, causando una depresión severa que puede empeorar el panorama.
<p>

Una enfermedad terminal puede provocarnos morir antes de tiempo porque no aceptamos lo que nos está sucediendo y nos dejamos caer en la desesperación sin pensar en lo queda por vivir y en las cosas que aun se pueden hacer.

Dentro de cada uno esta esa voz mental que nos ayuda a tener la voluntad de afrontar estas situaciones.

## ¿Cómo afrontar las situaciones dificiles?

**SER RESILIENTES NOS HACE MÁS FUERTES**, porque tenemos esa capacidad de adaptarnos y/o afrontar situaciones fuerte de vida.

* Aceptación de lo que nos sucede

* Aceptar ayuda de aquellas personas que deseen ayudarnos, no lo hacen por lastima.

* No todo son obstaculos, siempre hay oportunidades.

* No ver los vicios como una salida o calmantes de la ansiedad.

* Conversar con otras personas o buscar ayuda especializada.

Posiblemente hemos visto a personas con una enfermedad terminal con un buen sentido del humor, apoyando nobles causas, personas que se les ha muerto sus padres, esposo e hijos y aun llevan su vida adelante de una buena forma, personas que han perdido la vista , paraliticos y su decisión de vida ha sido aprender y desarrollar sus capacidades mientras puedan.

Ser resilientes nos ayuda a darnos cuenta que no solo nosotros atravesamos situaciones difíciles y nos permite fortalecer y empoderarnos de nuestra vida . </div>
