Why drive to work when you can run?

Hello, #running friends.

Today my #runningproject report comes a bit early. With a reason.

This is my morning run, a shortish 5 K rum from where I live to where I work. It was slightly uphill run in fresh and humid conditions with a backpack on. So, I am quite satisfied with a roughly 5:45 net pace.

It feels great to have a run before work. Another great thing is that my #actifit count is already at 9000 steps. Early morning doggy walk and this run have contributed to it.

My main problem is the absence of a shower in the workplace; secondly, the distance of 21k, which I would cover in a couple of hours: it's not really a secondary reason, LOL! ;)

I once used to have a job with a shower opportunity - That was awesome. In summers I did a 40-60 km ride before starting to work. ;) Keep on running!
