<div class="text-justify">Todos sabemos qué es una comunidad pero, realmente sabemos vivir en Comunidad? Somos realmente capaces de compartir este gran reto?
Si vamos a hablar de Comunidad, primero quisiera poner en claro algunos conceptos
Comunidad: Etimológicamente la palabra comunidad proviene del antiguo latín comoine[m] significaba ‘conjuntamente’, ‘en común’.
Commune [neutro] significaba ‘comunidad’.
Communis (en latín arcaico commonis) es palabra compuesta de com + munis que significa ‘corresponsable’, ‘cooperante’, ‘que colabora a realizar una tarea’.
Munis, mune significa en latín ‘servicial’, ‘cumplidor de su deber’.</div>

We all know what a community is, but do we really know how to live in a Community? Are we really capable of sharing this great challenge?
If we are going to talk about Community, first I would like to clarify some concepts
Community: Etymologically the word community comes from the old Latin comoine [m] meant 'jointly', 'in common'.
Commune [neutral] meant 'community'.
Communis (in archaic Latin commonis) is a word composed of com + munis that means 'co-responsible', 'cooperative', 'who collaborates to carry out a task'.
Munis, mune means in Latin ‘helpful’, ‘doer of duty’.
Communitas was, therefore, the group of people linked to each other by the fulfillment of common and reciprocal obligations.
<div class="text-justify">Un concepto claro y sencillo de comunidad sería entonces, un conjunto de personas que viven bajo reglas comunes de convivencia, unidas por un sentido de identidad, cohesión y compromiso moral.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Desde que aceptamos el reto de ser parte de la Gran Comunidad de Steemit, aun más, desde que aceptamos el reto de compartir en Comunidad , sea ésta cual sea, debímos haber tomado previsiones. Si somos aspirantes a formar parte de una comunidad, debemos ser conscientes del respeto que, por consiguiente, le debemos a todos nuestros vecinos.</div>

<div class="text-justify">El comportamiento de quienes formamos parte de @worldofxpilar va definir a nuestra Comunidad al tiempo que nos refleja ante los demás como realmente somos. El corazón, la mente o el espíritu (como querramos llamarlo) de los que hacemos vida en @worldofxpilar debería estar cerrado a los prejuicios, a los enfrentamientos, a las discusiones vacias porque todos queremos, o por lo menos deberíamos querer que ésta fluya y nosotros hacerlo con ella. Lo mejor que podríamos hacer es tratar de sentir y aplicar en realidad el concepto simple y sencillo.</div>

<div class="text-justify">Si trabajamos todos en un mismo sentido, con un mismo sentimiento, con diferente forma de pensar pero con el mismo objetivo, pensando en el bien del común, apoyando e interesandonos genuinamente por su bienestar no sexistirán incomodidades o malos entendidos, y si los hay sabremos como solucionarlos. Tampoco haremos prejuicios sobre las acciones de nuestros vecinos porque sabemos que lo que haga será en bienestar de toda la comunidad, aunque nos parezca raro. Desaparecerán los sentimientos egoístas, esos que nos llevana pensar que " los demás los votan más que a mi" o " a mi no me ven aunque soy tan o más capaz que aquel".</div>

<div class="text-justify">Necesitamos urgentemente cambiar nuestra manera de pensar, con esto no quiero decir que pensemos todos de la misma manera, trabajemos todos juntos y aunque pensemos diferente hagamoslo para lograr la meta común que, después de todo no es más que mantener el bienestar de la Comunidad y a todos quienes convivimos a diario en ella.</div>

Since we accepted the challenge of being part of the Great Steemit Community, even more so, since we accepted the challenge of sharing in the Community, whatever it is within the Steemit platform, we should have taken precautions. If we are aspiring to be part of a community, we must be aware of the respect that we therefore owe to all our neighbors.
The behavior of those of us who are part of @worldofxpilar will define our Community at the same time that it reflects us to others as we really are. The heart, mind or spirit (as we want to call it) of those who make life in @worldofxpilar should be closed to prejudices, confrontations, empty discussions because we all want it, or at least we should want it to flow and we do it with it. The best we could do is try to really feel and apply the simple and straightforward concept.
If we all work in the same direction, with the same feeling, with a different way of thinking but with the same objective, thinking about the good of the common, supporting and genuinely caring for their well-being, there will be no discomfort or misunderstandings, and if there are any, we will know how to fix them. Nor will we prejudge the actions of our neighbors because we know that what they do will be for the well-being of the entire community, even if it seems strange to us. Selfish feelings will disappear, those that lead us to think that "others are voted more than me" or "they do not see me even though I am as or more capable than that other".
