People do swear by them. Personally I've only had the opportunity to use a bidet one time in my life and didn't because I didn't know how and just stuck with what I knew. It was to the side and separate from the toilet though, not attached to the seat.

I stayed at an airbnb with my lady a few weeks back. They had the first bidet either of us had ever seen. We both used it of course. Now we have one installed on our own toilet. I really can't imagine how these are not required on every single toilet in production. 

I hate being out and thinking... well If I just prairie dog [(definition)](https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=prairie%20dog) it until i get home i'll be a lot more sanitary.
