I woke up at about 6:30am, I prayed and studied before taking my birth to prepare for the day's job. As a teacher, I have to be sound emotionally so as to impact knowledge effectively and efficiently.

So I always fill my mind with God's word. Studying the word help my mind to be on God continually.

I left the house to school and when I got to school, few of my class students are already in school. I prayed and thanked God for bringing me safe to school, after which I had to prepare for teaching.

I went to the class and administered Test to my students, as a prerequisite to their learning. I started marking and was not too happy with their answers, but I won't give up on them because I believe in their future. So I will go back to the topic and summarize it again so they can be acquainted with it.

I left school by 3:00pm when the school dismissed, I trekked home and when I got home, I hang around my friends at their fashion shop. We were engaged in a discussion about the educational system of our nation.

It is so absurd that the government doesn't value the educational sector. They have allowed the ASUU strike to linger for 6 months because their children don't study in the country.

After the discussion, I retired to the house and lay on the bed, before I knew it, I slept off immediately, because I was very exhausted.

When i woke up, it was almost time for my WhatsApp Bible teaching on CHANGE AGENTS EMBASSY INT'L platform. It's a ministry where Spiritual Ambassadors are raised for total kingdom advancement.

After the teaching, I had to take my dinner and retire to bed. I was listening to a message by Noel Jones of City of Refuge Church USA, before i slept off

One of the subjects that is difficult to pass in secondary and tartiary exams is English. Though students take it seriously, they hardly pass it. As you mentioned, you don't need to give up on them. 

As per the Nigerian educational system, the foundation has collapsed. I see our educational system as dilapidated. 

The ASSU strike is not a new thing again. They (those at the helm of affair) are very much comfortable with their lives thereby not giving a damn about others.

Hello @exceptionl20,  thank you for sharing your diary. It is good to pray to God and I am happy with the habit. Are you towards the end of the term? I am asking with regard to the test you gave your students. 
Did you later feel hungry and ate?

@exceptionaal20, nice diary entry.
I can understand the feeling of having your students not doing well as expected. But the questions are not really a hard one. They are simply personal questions. 
Meanwhile, just as you said keep working on them and believe in their future.
It is quite unfortunate that the educational system in Nigeria had been degraded to 0 level, and the government is not ready to do anything about it. The best thing to do is for all students to use this period and ho acquire a skill other than just sitting at home iddle and waiting for the government to do something.
Your friends that you visited, did you introduce Steemit to them.
