Spinach Ain't My Favourite, But I Know It's Healthy and Nutritious

After my birthday I few days back, I'm trying to become a little more conscious of what I eat. So, the missus assisted in this by serving up this monstrosity... I mean, amazing dish! I gobbled it up quite hastily and heaved only twice throughout. But hey, I know it's good for me. I've been spoilt with eating delicious red and white meat for too long. Apparently, it's just a case of retraining the brain, right? She took a few mouthfuls of spinach to "show" me that there was nothing to be afraid of. Damn, I felt like a six month old baby.

But hey, let's see how long this lasts. Well, under the supervision of my female supervisor, it may turn out be a whole new lifestyle change. Oh well, I suppose she's in charge now... :(

I think its a great move @ezzy its not that most of us need to stop eating meat completely but consuming less and going greener is said to be a much healthier choice, haha and this might be a good idea if you want to see Steemit pull through lol.
