Add buttons to switch between STEEM platforms and include utopian.io
Currently if you have installed **Steem +**, you can switch the post from Steemit to Busy with the shortcut: `Shift+Alt+B`; but it would be nice to have an option to do the same with a click of a button. Also adding utopian.io as an option would be a good idea.

This is how it can look:

Having the icons for each platform would also be more user friendly, this would make it much easier for the users to see how the same post looks in one platform or another.

Seems like that would make it a lot easier to navigate.

I hadn't heard of Steem Plus before so I looked it up, are there any other benefits to it besides being able to adjust voting power before officially getting the slider?
