Do you know the following foods? Yes, this is a kind of porridge food. This food comes from sago which is taken from palm plants. To get sago takes a long and tiring process and struggle. But I will tell you a little, at first the palm tree was cut down, then the trunk was split open and the meat inside was taken. After that the meat is pounded using a mash tool called a jingki. After the palm flesh is crushed into a fine powder, then the starch is extracted by filtering it with water. Then the collected starch is dried under direct sunlight for approximately 3 hours. If it is dry, then it becomes sago which we can process into various kinds of food, such as timphan sago, and also like the following foods.<hr>

This food is very delicious, there is a savory and sweet taste. Previously, this sago was heated with water, then coconut milk, sugar and red syrup were added to sweeten the taste and appearance. It was so delicious, I ate a lot earlier, until I added twice 😂
