the existence of a co-operative attitude in the implementation of extension programs by attending extension meetings, demonstrating new methods for their farming, and asking questions to extension workers during extension and field visits.

While the participation is done by extension farmers that extension workers play an active role in running programs that have been planned together and also extension workers to the farmers in the face of problems that occur when farmers run rice farming and also to achieve good results so that farmers can live with prosperity.
