We should split in half an onion and bathe it with salt all around as well as inside the dish where we will place it. The dish with the onion will be placed and we will leave it next to where we sleep. The strong odor on the onion can improve the breathing of our nose and thus help reduce snoring.

The sea water.

You have probably heard of this product. To do it casually, we can do it by mixing a cup of water at room temperature with half a teaspoon of salt and a pinch of baking soda. Then, with a dropper, apply a few drops of this salt water in each of our nostrils and breathe deeply.

 This solution helps to clean, uncover the nose and open the nostrils, thus avoiding open mouth and the tendency to snore.

Eucalyptus.

If you have a stuffy nose, it is very good to breathe eucalyptus vapor which will make it easier to breathe nasally, fighting snoring. To prepare it put eucalyptus leaves in a pot with water, boil, cover your head with a towel and deeply inhale your steam.
