A refreshing Sunday service - My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019
It was another great time in the presence of the Lord as we danced and sing to His glory. 
We were refreshed through sermon titled; Connecting to the refreshing power of the Holy Spirit.

My activity did not end there as I visited a friend and had to climb some hills.
