In the first phase of development, we learned how to do safe self examination.  The purpose of the examination was to recognize our whole self and how these components of our whole self works together to produce the effects in our lives.  In phase two, we learned about the intuitional and multisensory aspects of ourselves and how to integrate them into our reasoning processes. At phase three development we learned to expand our self examination to define what we wanted from our life and what we were eager and willing to contribute back to it. This Phase Four level of development instruction will take the integration of our self into a new and more complex structure. The purpose of this phase of development is to take the knowledge of yourself into consideration when making decisions and being willing to fully express your ambitions and dreams into the outer world. Phase four development is primarily focused in the drive for significance and the need to feel important:  To be significant. 
As the drive for significance begins to fully open, and you start defining your contribution to the world, the process of synchronicity ensues.  Synchronicity is the phenomenon of everything falling into place, as if by magic.  When you are in synchronicity with the world, you gain the sense of knowing that your life is on the path to your awakening to your full potential.  In the synchronous state of mind, the ingredients for your progress, like events, people and things, will come directly to you.  Synchronicity is the unconscious mind’s recognition that you are on the right path.  It is important to note the power of your thoughts as the synchronous events transpire.  Recognition of synchronicity and giving thanks for the process is what allows you to remain open to more and greater such events.    For instance: as a long-term goal of contribution, you wish to establish an environmentally progressive company.  At the present time your business skills are poor and you need a reliable income source.  You establish a goal of finding a well-paying job that affords you the opportunity to enhance your business skills.  You formulate a step by step process of gaining such employment.  As you systematically move toward this goal, avenues begin to open that simply were not present before.  Somehow, you know which ads will bring the desired response to your inquiry.  Doors begin to open and people enter your life with the advice and leads you need at the precise time you need them.
