Hello friends, today I cooked carp fish curry. This fish I cooked with cauliflower. It is great to eat carp with cauliflower. I am sharing this recipe with all of you today.

- Carp fish. 
- 1 cauliflower. 
- 4 potatoes. 
- 2 onions & 1 garlic. 
- 6 raw chillies. 
- Panchphoron. 
- Mustard oil. 
- 4 tablespoons salt. 
- 3 tablespoons turmeric powder.

***Step 01:*** 
Today I cut the fish from the market and brought it home and washed it well with water and put it in a container.

***Step 02:*** 
I cut the cauliflower, wash it with water and put it in a pot.

***Step 03:*** 
Peel the potatoes. When it is peeled, I cut it, wash it with water and put it in a container.

Cut onion & garlic and put in a bowl.

***Step 05:*** 
I cut the raw chillies, wash them with water and put them in a bowl.

***Step 06:*** 
I put salt and turmeric on the fish pitches.

I fry the fish well and put it in a pot.

I fry the potatoes like red and put them in a pot.

***Step 11:*** 
Fry the onion and garlic well.

I put panchforan in the pan like light fried.

***Step 13:*** 
Panchphoron includes fried potatoes, cauliflower, onion & garlic and raw chilli. Add salt and turmeric.

***Step 14:*** 
I mix everything well.

***Step 15:*** 
After mixing everything, add water in it. When the water boils a little, I put the fried fish in it. I wait 13 minutes for the curry to finish. After 13 minutes, when it is cooked, turn off the oven and spread the fried spice powder on top of the curry.
