<p>I heard the word "<em><strong>Berdikari"</strong></em> from the late former President of the Republic of Indonesia namely President <em><strong>Ir.Seokarno</strong></em>, this charismatic leader often speaks to his people with a fiery passion. His words will always be awaited by all the people, and one of the words that many people always remember is Self-Reliance. </p>
<p>President<em> Ir.Soekarno </em>or often referred to as Bung Karno since the Dutch colonial era is one of the movement figures who demanded Indonesia's independence. He is known as an accomplished orator, who can speak very vehemently about the national revolution, neocolonialism and imperialism. He strongly believes in the power of the masses, the power of the people. </p>
>He once said "<em>I am nothing if without the people. I am great because of the people, I am fighting for the people and I connect the tongue of the people </em>", in his work Digging Fire Pancasila.
<p>Several times he was with Bung Hatta input into prison or exiled to a remote island to keep him away from the people of Indonesia. His words indeed become the encouragement of the people to continue to fight and defend his beloved homeland. The colonists were very frightened by <em>Bung Karno's </em>speeches that fueled the spirit of the people to fight for independence. The wisdom of this proclaimed character became a spirited struggle not only at that time, but until now the words of wisdom of encouragement are always remembered, remembered and inspired. Until now there are still many people who apply knowledge and insight leadership, hear his speeches, or collect his classic photos. As well as this paper, the word<em><strong> "Berdikari"</strong></em> or standing on its own feet, still sticking well in the mind contained within it is very strong. <p>According to historical records, self-reliant became famous after President Soekarno delivered a speech on August 17, 1997. Bung Karno put forward the principle of Trisakti Tavip (<em>Year Vivere Pericoloso</em>). Here he explains the three principles of self-reliance. The principle that is, berdaukat in the field of politics, self-reliant in the economic field, and personality in culture. These three principles can not be separated and broken down one politics and personality in culture, if not self-sufficient in the economic field. Likewise preferably. With sovereign Indonesia is truly sovereign and can not be dekte by anyone. Besides, he often asserted that the Indonesian nation would not be a nation begging, especially to the imperalists. </p>
<p>Standing on his own foot for a leader Bung Karno has also done. Since 1960 he has clearly accused the United Nations (United Nations) world organization of benefiting imperialism and harming developing countries. On January 1, 1965 Indonesia left the United Nations. Not only out of the United Nations, Bung Karno even intends to hold Conefo (<em>Conference of the New Emerging Forces</em>) as a counterweight to the UN organization. However, this determination did not work because he was first dropped his government. Do not know why it happened when Conefo it came true. Now his accusations against the UN are now a reality. Many countries complain that the UN has become a tool of US imperialism. </p>

<p><em>Bung Karno </em>is also known as a very remarkable orator, the wise words of a Bung Karno who remains a source of inspiration of Indonesia's young generation today. Some words of wisdom include: </p>

<p>Saya mendengar kata<em><strong> “Berdikari”</strong></em> dari Almarhum mantan Presiden Republik Indonesia yaitu Presiden <em><strong>Ir.Seokarno</strong></em>, pemimpin penuh karisma ini sering berpidato kepada rakyatnya dengan penuh semangat yang berapi-api. Kata-katanya akan selalu ditunggu oleh seluruh rakyat, dan salah satu kata yang selalu diingat oleh banyak orang adalah Berdikari. </p>
<p>Presiden <em><strong>Ir.Soekarno </strong></em>atau yang sering disebut dengan Bung Karno sejak zaman penjajahan Belanda adalah salah seorang tokoh pergerakan yang menuntut Indonesia merdeka. Beliau dikenal sebagai orator yang ulung, yang dapat berpidato secara amat berapi-api tentang revolusi nasional, neokolonialisme dan imperialisme. Dia sangat percaya pada kekuatan massa, kekuatan rakyat. </p>
>Dia pernah berkata “<em>Aku ini bukan apa-apa kalau tanpa rakyat. Aku besar karena rakyat, aku berjuang karena rakyat dan aku penyambung lidah rakyat</em>”, dalam karyanya Menggali Api Pancasila.
<p>Beberapa kali beliau bersama <em>Bung Hatta </em>di masukan ke dalam penjara atau dibuang ke pulau terpencil untuk menjauhkannya dari rakyat Indonesia. Kata-katanya memang menjadi penyemangat rakyat untuk terus berjuang dan membela tanah air tercinta. Kaum penjajah sangat takut dengan pidato-pidato <em>Bung Karno </em>yang membakar semangat rakyat untuk maju berjuang menuntut kemerdekaan. Kata-kata bijak tokoh proklamator ini menjadi penyemangat juang bukan hanya saat itu saja, ternyata sampai kini kata-kata bijak penyemangat selalu diingat, dikenang dan menjadi inspirasi. Sampai kini masih banyak orang yang mengaplikasikan ilmu dan wawasan kepemimpinannya, mendengar pidato-pidatonya, ataupun mengkoleksi photo-photo klasiknya. Serta tulisan ini , kata <em><strong>“Berdikari”</strong></em> atau berdiri di atas kaki sendiri, masih menempel dengan baik di benak terkandung didalamnya sangat kuat. Memacu kita untuk hidup mandiri tidak tergantung kepada siapa pun kecuali kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa. </p>
<p>Menurut catatan sejarah, kata berdikari menjadi terkenal setelah Presiden <em>Soekarno</em> menyampaikan pidato pada tanggal 17 Agustus 1997. Bung karno mengemukakan prinsip prinsip Trisakti Tavip (<em>Tahun Vivere Pericoloso</em>). Disini dia menjelaskan tiga prinsip berdikari. Prinsip itu yakni, berdaukat dalam bidang politik, berdikari dalam bidang ekonomi, dan berkepribadian dalam kebudayaan. Ketiga prinsip ini tidak dapat dipisahkan dan dipecah satu politik dan berkepribadian dalam kebudayaan, bila tidak berdikari dalam bidang ekonomi. Demikian pula sebaiknya. Denga n berdaulat Indonesia benar-benar berdaulat dan tidak bisa di dekte oleh siapapun. Disamping itu ia sering menegaskan bahwa bangsa Indonesia tidak akan menjadi bangsa mengemis, lebih-lebih kepada kaum imperalis. </p>
<p>Berdiri di kaki sendiri untuk seorang pemimpin <em>Bung Karno </em>telah pula dilakukannya. Sejak tahun 1960 beliau nyata-nyata telah menuduh organisasi dunia PBB (Peserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa) hanya menguntungkan imperialisme dan merugikan negara-negara berkembang. Pada 1 januari 1965 Indonesia keluar dari PBB. Tidak hanya keluar dari PBB, Bung Karno bahkan berniat pula mengadakan Conefo (<em>Conference of the New Emerging Forces</em>) sebagai tandingan organisasi PBB. Namun, tekadnya ini tidak berhasil karena dia duluan dijatuhkan pemerintahannya. Tidak tahu mengapa jadinya bila Conefo itu menjadi kenyataan. Saat ini tudingannya terhadap PBB itu kini menjadi kenyataan. Banyak negara mengeluhkan kondisi yang nyata-nyata PBB telah menjadi alat imperialisme Amerika Serikat. </p>

<p><em><strong>Bung Karno </strong></em>juga terkenal sebagai orator yang sangat luar biasa, kata-kata bijak dari seorang Bung Karno yang tetap menjadi sumber inspirasi generasi muda Indonesia saat ini. Beberapa kata-kata bijaknya antara lain :</p>

<li><em>“Gantungkan Cita-citamu setinggi langit! Bemimpilah setinggi langit. Jika kamu jatuh, kamu akan jatuh di antara bintang-bintang”. </em></li>
<li><em> “Beri aku 1.000 orang tua, niscaya akan kucabut Gunung semeru dari akarnya. Berikan aku 10 pemuda niscaya akan aku guncangkan dunia!”. </em></li>
<li><em>“Firman Tuhan Inilah Gitaku, Firman Tuhan inilah harus menjadi Gitamu: Innallahu la ghoiyiru ma bikaumin, hatta yu ghoiyiru ma biamfusihim. Tuhan tidak merubah nasib suatu bangsa sebelum bangsa itu sendiri yang merubahnya (Pidato Bung Karno, saat HUT Proklamasi, 1964” </em></li>
