My first reaction to the news was that of shock and alarm! In fact Alvaro has been sent home to Chelsea after initially joining up with the Spanish national team, which could mean that the injury could not be managed by the national team's medical staff, meaning the injury is not minor, and not something he could deal within just a few days, Every injury has it's own nitty gritties and grade II injuries can easily last up to 6-8 weeks in bad cases The term myofascial denotes that the injury was not sustained to the ligament or tendon, but rather to the fascia that surround muscles and internal organs.
