Filtering your feed for curation... ignore all bidbots or annoying authors if you want to!!
I usually try and take a bit of time to wander around the steem blockchain but lately I have been roaming in familiar cirles and I had not realized that...

So today I did jump into the deep end again and went browsing through the New section and not through HOT or TRENDING

It does get frustrating quite fast but I did come across a new person to follow (@vikisecrets) and through their feed I found something that might make this a little easier in the future and its made by someone I had never heard from before : @jga (so thank you for creating this wonderful tool)

so the coolest thing there was that it allows you to filter on what type of posts you want to see.

The following are 3 different filters:  
- normal trending
- normal trending with "no bidbots" ticket
- normal trending with "no bidbots" ticked and taken out haejin

now these are some examples of what you can do with this tool but for active curators its also really helpfull as in you can eliminate certain tags so if you take out Dmania and steepshot you will probably get more blogs with written text if that is what you are looking for.
It helps you sort the wheat from the chaff *(depending if you are looking for wheat or not)*

well whatever may be the case I will experiment a bit with these options and see if this will allow me to curate more easily

The only thing that might be cool to have is to be able to log in to this site and have certain search presets fixed if you always want to use the same preferences....

I have bookmarked the page and gave @jga a follow... there seem to be more cool projects in the pipeline there... so keep up the good work.

Very cool now if this can be deployed to steemit or busy.org it would really make curation easier with  a natural and organic way of discovering content 

What also would be great is if this filter can be used to demote shitposting and put them into a supplemental index because the new feed really needs some pruning
