Medicine cards ! A 5 minute freewrite

The lives of cities makes man forget their roots, this has to do with their way of life and food, prefers food-made foods from natural food from the field, which should cook. Another determining factor of life in cities representing environmental pollution of air, water and noise. All this means that a person's health can deteriorate and not be in optimal conditions.


That is why it is convenient to visit a doctor on a regular basis who will give us the necessary guidance in case of illness, it fills up a suggested *medicine cards*, dose, frequency and time of treatment.


Faced with the difficulties we can present about our health, many of the problems are originated because our immune system is committed and does not well carry out its function of protecting us before virus threats, fungi, bacteria and toxic agents present in the environment. To improve our health we must do a stop, leave behind what harms us and take new habits in our lifestyle and food.


A tool that we have at the disposal is to consume food supplements, vitamins, minerals and the well-known transfer factors, messenger molecules that give information, intelligence and strength to our immune system to improve and achieve good health.
