json_metadata
["life","productive","thoughts
fkr4bmw85

We all have those days where it feels like the world is on our shoulders, with so much to do. It's very easy to be caught up with so much activities with limited time to get things done. Those very busy days are when people stress the most, trying to meet up deadlines, complete tasks, and still have time for family and other relationships that are of importance. In these times, a lot of person can mistake being busy with being productive. Some people are on a rocky chair when it comes to work. They are actually in motion, repeated distance covered but no work done. Busy but not productive. There are however certain things you can do to ensure productivity on a very busy day.

1. Be organized. Organize your activities into a to-do-list. List out all the tasks that needs to be done. If you don't know what needs to be done, you can be sure that some things would be left undone. So, have a detailed list of everything that you need to do. This can make the work easy to manage and help you stay focused and reduce your stress of having to think of what is next. You already know what is next cos you have a detailed list. By so doing, you will not forget what needs to be done.

2. Focus. Focus is key if productivity is a goal. There's so much to be done, there's limited time to get it done and You can't possibly do everything at same time. Focus on things that are most important and would demand less amount of time. Give credence to matters that are of urgency. When done and completed, you can then switch focus to others.

2. Prioritize. Arrange your activities in order of priority and give time to the ones that require urgency. If for instance you're a mum with a little baby, pile of clothes to wash and older kids to pick in the afternoon from school, you can begin by giving attention to the little baby at hand. Babies need time I know. Feed the baby and cuddle him/her to sleep. While baby is asleep, place food on the fire so that the older kids can have something to eat as soon as they return from school. While food is on fire, get down with the clothes. You could be washing while checking out the food and the baby to see if he or she is awake. You see by so doing, you must have done much within a short time.

3. Time consciousness. Allot specific time to each activity. That way, you can manage how much time you would spend per activity. Its so easy to get carried away doing one thing and forget a list of others that needs be done too. Time is limited and it runs in a progressive motion but you can manage it by allocating specific time to an activity or task. That way, you don't get to spend so much time on just one.

4. Delegate tasks. There are people who say if you wants things get done right , then do it yourself. This is not appropriate in every case like those involving a team or where you have subordinates. Delegate as much task as you can while you focus on the ones that you must have to do yourself. If you're a boss at office, it's important that you learn to trust others with task and not insist on having it done yourself. That way, you can achieve much.

Productivity is actually reflected in results. How do you know that a teacher has been productive all month? He/she actually went into the class room and taught and the students can relate with what has been taught and answer questions in that regard. Being busy isn't same as being productive.

"

Because Time can't return.

This is to help you develop what is more important and must be done sooner than when you are wasted in doing something that is not so important. If you currently say to yourself, "Everything I do is important!" Try writing down all the work that you feel is important to try again from your writing. Which one is really urgent to resolve and which one still needs time? Still having trouble? that means you need to learn more about Eisenhower boxes or Pomodoro techniques.

Lifehack 2 Make your communication way more organized.

Communication can be said to be a gift and a curse! Communication is not only in the form of calls or sms, e-mail, chat, discussing is a form of communication and believe it will greatly drain your time.

Some communication tips below can help you to be more productive in organizing your communication.

Check emails only twice a day, that is, when you arrive at the office for 30 minutes and 30 minutes before you go home from work. Turn off all your social media notifications on your mobile when you work, this is certainly not true for business people who are directly in touch with social media. If there is something very important where you can directly reach your colleagues, go directly!

Lifehack 3 Focuses only on your work.

Do not let the amount of work you do make you become out of focus, obviously! You need to complete all the work, but you must still control every job you do.

You can do some of the tips below to make it possible to complete the work with focus.

Make an agreement with your team to hold a daily meeting of no more than 15 minutes to inform what work will be done today. Use an application that can help you to focus on doing your work. For example, you can use Appikasi like Focus Booster. you do is not see your social media too often, There are several applications that you can use to block all social media sites when you work, Become Busy It's not an Honor

One of the keys to being productive is finding the right time when it's time for you to work, when is your time to do your hobby, when is the time you have time with family. A productive person knows that the brain likes differences, and knows how to build effective strengths in increasing brain power.

The best news is that when you become productive you have more time to train your brain. So it will make you more focused and productive, because we do not realize that the work of the brain is the same as the muscles that are very happy to be trained. When your brain is accustomed to focus and productive, you will not be disturbed.

I hope in this article I can help you to be more productive, REMEMBER !! Being productive means working smarter, no longer!

"
