TIL: The Rule of Thirds

Today I learned something about photography and “The Rule of  Thirds”!

I have always been a fan of photography and any creative activity in general but never really stopped to dive deeper. Also, due to the fact that I tend to be involved in too many different things, my photography crazy side might just have happened to be put to bed until today when I stumbled on a YouTube video that went ahead to explain various concepts you could implement in order to take better pictures. The Rule of Thirds happens to be one of these concepts. 

After few minutes of watching the video, I went out to try my hands. So I’m not sure how much of a difference employing the concept made on the quality of the photo; maybe it’s just my amateur eyes that can’t spot the difference, so I’ll just share them below.

I can't remember the guy I learned from, but I recently come across this tutorial. Most photographers always try to center their object, a decision which renders this trick dead :)
