I had a good day today. It is 3 am on Monday morning in Kuala Lumpur, but it is still Sunday to me. 

I got up at 7 am, had cash enough to get a good breakfast, and then went to church for the first time in weeks. I have been a church go-er for most of my years, and really miss it when I do not attend. 

Praying alone is one thing. Hearing a good sermon with others I care about is much better. And today was especially good in every way.  

After church I went to lunch with a big group of us. This is the first time in my many church experiences that going out to lunch is a part of the event, and I really love this. We had Korean food that was beyond fantastic, and really hit the spot. 

After our meal, I was able to get to a grocery store in the same mall, and now have food enough for most of the week. One of the pastors also gave me two cans of tuna she knows I love, and only because I am stuffed now do I not get into that. Happy day! 

After all this I napped for several hours, and here I am back again posting on STEEM. Even my normal arthritis pain is lower! 

I’ve been eating pretty good for a week now, and hope it continues. Between that, sleeping better, and getting exercise, I think I might be on the uptick.

And STEEM is up to 14 cents now. Who would ever believe that would make me happy, lol. Better up than down.

And God will provide. This has worked for 60 years now, and I am very thankful for all my blessings.



My photo for this post was taken on my HMNOTE 1LTE mobile phone. It is part of the lunch we had at the Korean Restaurant. I will soon do a tasteem review for the whole meal.

Can you believe these are only the shared "condiments?" They are endlessly refilled too! This could be a meal anywhere else. 

The top row is:
- Very yummy veg and fruit in some kind of gravy.
- Some kind of breaded and fried green veg like zucchini maybe. 
- Seaweed I could eat a whole bowl of.

The lower row is:
- A shredded green salad with a slightly spicy dressing.
- Peanuts and dried/fried anchovies. I eat them all if no one else will.
- Kimchi!!!!

Sometimes, I cannot believe my luck in living here in Malaysia. I don't know where I will ever eat so well again.
