# <center>My secrets INGREDIENTS</center>

♡ 500 g Mushrooms


♡ 3 Garlic clove


♡ 1 onion


♡ 1 teaspoon Brewer's yeast 


♡ 80 g Peeled walnuts


♡ 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil 


♡ Salt


♡ Ground black pepper

## <center>PREPARATION</center>

#

<center>Preparation time:  15min

Cooking time:  15min

Total:  30min</center>

The first step is to wash the vegetables very well, especially the mushrooms that may have traces of soil, once we have cleaned the vegetables, we proceed to carefully chop the onion in very thin slices, then peel the garlic and cut it into small pieces and finally the mushrooms in slices not too thick.

The next step will be to preheat our best frying pan, we will take to high fire and we will throw a generous jet of oil, when this very hot we will take to medium fire and we will throw the onion with the garlic, and we proceed to brown, when they are with color we will add the mushrooms until all the ingredients are cooked well.

Now the step that continues is toast the nuts, we will do it with the help of the oven that we must preheat to 180 degrees centigrade, it is not necessary that we leave much time with 2 minutes will be enough for the task, then we are going to crush the nuts with the help of a blender or kitchen assistant.
