What you have to know. 
<h1>The bavarian dialect is dying!</h1>
In Munich, the capital city of Bavaria, <i>just one</i> out of <i>100 juveniles under 20 years</i> is able to speak bavarian. I live in Munich since 2012 and I would say it is more dramatic! Maybe if you are in a traditional restaurant (Wirtshaus) you hear older people speak in bavarian dialect. <strong>IF YOU ARE LUCKEY! But… that’s it! </strong><br><br>

<h2>Bavarian is not just a dialect.</h2>
Because of its multiplicity of own words and tenses it is an own language for me and therefore has to be preserved. <br>
Let it be cursing 
<blockquote>„himmeherrgotsagrament“ </blockquote><br>
or the articulating of someones love
<blockquote>„I mog di“.</blockquote><br>

We have come to that times already, where young people combining old (Bavarian) traditions with new things and out of that there are arising extra ordinary things! There shouldn’t be taboos to preserve a language. <br><br>

You will learn from a mother-tongue speaker, which means I am born in the beautiful Upper Bavaria. After a short detour in elementary school speaking a lot of High German, I shortly became fluent in Bavarian and now I would say I am capable of teaching it. 😉 You have to know, that speaking in dialect in a Bavarian school isn’t really welcome and they try to educate that out of someone who does. <br><br>

You live and learn and I am for sure not known to know it all. That means I am also going on a fact-finding tour and will learn some new things. Please use the comments if you want to know something or if you find mistakes. And of course I would be very pleased if you give me an up-vote.<br><br>

In München spricht <i>nur noch jeder 100ste Jugendliche unter 20 Jahren bairisch</i>. Ich wohne seit 2012 in München und würde sagen, das ist noch dramatischer! Wenn dann hört man vielleicht noch ältere Leute im Wirtshaus im Dialekt sprechen. <strong>FALLS MAN GLÜCK HAT! Aber das war’s dann auch wirklich.</strong><br><br>

<h1>Ich habe mich hiermit dazu entschieden, dies nicht zuzulassen!</h1>

<h2>Bairisch ist nicht nur ein Dialekt.</h2>

Durch seine Vielzahl an eigenen Wörtern und Zeitformen ist es für mich eine eigene Sprache und diese gilt es zu erhalten. Bairisch ist eine Philosophie für sich und ist bestimmt nicht immer einfach. Ich möchte hier verschiedenste Wörter, Phrasen und alles was mit der bairischen Tradition zu tun hat aufgreifen und an jeden der Lust hat weitergeben. <br><br>

Sei es das Fluchen <br>
<blockquote>„himmeherrgotsagrament“</blockquote><br>
oder das bekunden seiner Liebe<br>
<blockquote>„I mog di“.</blockquote>

Wir sind schon längst in einer Zeit angekommen, in der junge Leute, alte Traditionen mit dem Neuen verbinden und daraus entstehen wahnsinnig geile Dinge! Es sollte keine Tabus geben um die Sprache zu erhalten. <br><br>

Ihr lernt auf jeden Fall von einem „Muttersprachler“, d. h. ich bin im schönen Oberbayern geboren und nach kurzen Umwegen in der Grundschule ins Hochdeutsch – in dieser Zeit wurde ich von meiner Familie liebevoll „Preiß“ genannt – wurde mir die bairische Sprache doch noch so geläufig um sie weiterzuvermitteln. 😉 <br><br>

Man lernt selbst nie aus und auch ich habe die Weisheit nicht mit dem Löffel gegessen. D. h. ich begebe mich auch auf Erkundungstouren und werde selbst einiges Neues lernen. Bitte nutzt die Kommentare, um auf Dinge hinzuweisen, falls ihr Fehler entdeckt, oder gerne mehr über ein bestimmtes Thema wissen wollt. Und natürlich freue ich mich über einen up-vote.<br><br>

Sorry for the late response.
Thank you very much! I love Austria, since I am 1/8 Austrian and also lived really close to the Austrian border. ;) Of course you can say both. As I know "I gfrei mi narrisch!" is more spoken to the Austrian border and if you come more north you would hear more "I gfrei mi sakrisch!".

1. **Keep your passwords safe:** Unlike conventional sites, Steemit has 4 types of passwords. Each offers varying degrees of access to your account, so know where and when to use each of them. Also, make sure to keep them all safe and secure.
2. **Get Steem rewards:** When writing a post, you'll have the option to choose how to receive your reward: "Default 50%/50%" or "Power Up 100%". As of this moment, choosing Default 50%/50% is the better option. But this can change over time. Check our post to know more.
3. **Upvote wisely:** When upvoting, wait at least 30 minutes after the post is published to maximize your curation reward. Also, make sure not to upvote too much too fast so as not to drain your voting power.
4. **Know your Steem, Steem Dollars and Steem Power:** Steem and Steem Dollars are the 2 main currencies here. Convert and power up more Steem into Steem Power so you can have higher values on your upvotes.
