# <center>......Be happy......! </center>

Lots of people are really sad about their lot in life. They have too many reasons to complain and they seem right to them. They complain about not having money, a decent place to live, not having a great relationship, not living a luxurious life, and so on. Everything they see is simply negative and not worth it. The blame the government, their family, their friends and others for the bad things they see. But are they really correct? Probably not. We need to be positive and appreciate the good things that happened to us. After all, we are better off and most people - yet they are happy.

So, did you complain about not having a fanciful home? Well be happy that you have a home at all no matter how bad it is. Around the world today, there are millions of homeless people. Some sleep under the bridge, along the road, inside discarded cartons, on sidewalks, etc. Some of these homeless people do not go about complaining about their being homeless. They take life as they saw it.

If you complained that you do not have money, then be happy that you can stand on your two feet. Thousands of people in hospitals and health care centers wished that they could be just healthy. Some have spent money and years going from one specialist to another and yet, there was no solution to their health problem. So if you are relatively healthy, you have wealth. Always remember that health is wealth. And remember that you are still better off than many people.

Did I hear you say that your job is really demanding? Then how about having no job. Millions of people are jobless or under-employed. Not that they do not have skills or certificate. They simply could not find a job. If your job is really stressful or demanding, then find a way to cope with it. Always remember that you are better off than most other people. So feel grateful and happy that you have somethings going for you. Nobody has it all.
