# <center>Introduction</center>
Welcome to my blog friends and team, its great to make another report of my activities for the week. Am sorry I could not do the report earlier than now. A lot of activities made it difficult to that that. But am happy to present this report of my activities for the week that ended on Saturday, 24/7/2021

# <center>1. Launching a Cryptoacademy Workshop</center>

As I head a community that is fully into recruitment and mentorship, I look for opportunities to train my members on different aspects of their content creation career. We run trainings 3 times in a week. Last week, I introduced a class called Cryptoacademy Workshop. Because many members of SteemAlive complain that they find the courses sometimes confusing, I was convinced we needed a class where new users can understand the basics or fundamentals of writing a homework. So last Monday, I invited @fredquantum to assist me run the very first class of our Workshop. It was indeed a fun activity and opportunity to learn about the cryptoacademy project. At the end, many members were so happy the wished the class started before now.

# <center>2. Our Radio Show every Friday</center>

Each Friday, I pay NGN 6000 or the equivalent of 31 Steem to a popular radio house for a 5 minutes presentation about Steemit. So last Friday was no different. The Radio show has been an effective tool for us. We get lots of people to know about STeemit through this presentation. The arrangement is always like this: @samuel20 and @ninapenda will be at the Radio studio for the presentation while I stay back at the office to take calls from our listeners. Last Friday, we got about 9 calls from the Radio show and it was really a happy moment for the listeners to hear about the Steemit project. It was a huge success last Friday. big thanks to @samuel20 and @ninapenda for their enthusiastic delivery on radio.

# <center>3. Physical training at the center</center>
After each Radio show, we follow up the interest with a physical sseminar at our Aba training center. We invite our listeners and other friends to this presentation so that we can take our time to explain Steemit properly to them. I and the team did that last Saturday. Although some of our listeners did not come due to some engagements for the weekend, we had 3 persons that attended the program. They listened to our presentation and were very convinced. They signed up and promised to write their introduction post too

# <center>4. Ongoing Recruitment and Mentorship</center>

At the Aba center, the team @focusnow, @samuel20, @ninapenda runs a fulltime training program there. We open Monday to Saturday every week. So new users walk in to be mentored. Old users as well come to get clarification on a lot of things. Our effort at the center gives Steemit a real business Image since lots of people are convinced to invest in a business that has physical presence.

That last week, we were able to onboard some new users. We create their accounts and show them how to do their introduction post and how to publish it. Here are two of the users we were able to onboard

# <center>Conclusion</center>

This week, we have already started a lot of activities. We are verifying all SteemAlive members to identify them. Also we want to raise the quality of our content in the community. So we have started verifying lots of our members. We hope this is a step in the right direction. Other activities are planned for this week. i will feature themin my next report.
