Making A Very Delicious Customized Pizza

<blockquote><strong>A lot of people may not have the patience to make their own pizza, some people are like "we don't we just order pizza". There is a difference in the pizza you make and the one you order, most people who make their own pizzas usually feel that they did not make enough or it finished too fast. Here are the possible reasons why that pizza didn't last: It was too delicious and irresistible, you just kept eating it till you ate it all and wanted more, or your kids finished it within the first &nbsp;ten minutes after it came out of the oven! The best thing about making your own pizza is the option to load it up as much as you like with enough cheese, enough ground beef, I mean loading up the pizza to your hearts content.</strong></blockquote>
<p><br></p>
<p><strong>For the Toppings, it would actually depend on your pizza preference, some of the popular delicious pizza you could make are:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p>&gt;Hawaiian&nbsp;</p>
<p>&gt;Pepperoni</p>
<p>&gt;Garlic shrimp</p>
<p>&gt; Neapolitan</p>
<p>&gt;Customized pizza(using your preferred ingredients)</p>
<p>&gt;Chicago pizza etc</p>
<p>I'll customizing a delicious recipe that every one would love.</p>
<p>It would be best for if got started with the crust. We just need few ingredients to make the crust, personally I would advice to double the recipe so you could have enough dough to make a good number of pizzas so you could knock yourself out!</p>
<p><strong>Here are the ingredients for a basic Pizza &nbsp;dough:</strong></p>
<p>1 3/4 Teaspoon of yeast</p>
<p>1/4 Teaspoon of sugar</p>
<p>335 ml warm H2O(water)</p>
<p>125 ml olive oil</p>
<p>500 mg All purpose flour</p>
<p>1 1/4 Teaspoon of salt</p>

<p>Take a few minutes to measure and prepare the ingredient for making the dough.</p>
<p><strong>Step 1</strong></p>
<p>We would first need to wake up the yeast, in a small bowl , place the warm water, the yeast and the sugar in a bowl. the yeast would all pop so you will just have to wait patiently for all the yeast to pop. Usually it take 10 minutes for the yeast to pop. Here is what it looks like.</p>

<p><strong>Step 2</strong></p>
<p>While waiting for the yeast to pop in a large bowl, mix the flour, salt and olive oil intensely, you could use your fingers, a pastry blender or a fork whichever is more convenient.When the mixture is totally coarse, check and make sure your yeast have all popped.</p>
<p><strong>Step 3</strong></p>
<p>When the yeast have popped, combine the yeast mixture and the flour mixture together and kneed. Kneed for about &nbsp;7-8 minutes.</p>

<p><strong>Step 4</strong></p>
<p>Grease a large bowl, put the dough in the bowl and cover with a cling wrap and cover with a moist towel. Set it aside for an hour so that the dough could rise. works better heat, what you could do is place the covered dough in the oven and place a cup of hot water beside it and it would be just perfect.</p>
<p>You will need to prepare the toppings for your pizza while waiting.</p>
<p>For the Customized Pizza the ingredients are the top 10 most popular ingredients:</p>

<p>Prepare the ingredients and chop the necessary ingredients to any design that will suit you.</p>

<p>Lets start with the crust, there are two types of crust we could use, the thin crust and the thick crust. A lot of people love to have the thin crust because it makes you feel the weight and juiciness of the toppings. on the other hand other people say that the thick crust is more filling. The preparation of the thin crust is not so different from making the thick crust.</p>
<p><strong>For the Thin Crust</strong></p>
<p>Proof the dough by letting &nbsp;the dough sit for just an hour to rise and undergo the fermentation process. Afterwards, divide the dough and roll it using a rolling pin remember to add flour while rolling so the dough would not st stick to the rolling pin or the surface you are using.</p>
<p>Get the pizza pan and grease it, sprinkle some a little flour on it, roll the dough on to the pan and cut out the edges to make sure that it is the size of the pan. &nbsp;Preheat oven for 10 minutes, place the pan in the oven and precook at 350 degrees for 10 minutes before adding the toppings.</p>
<p><strong>For Thick Crust</strong></p>
<p>After proofing the dough, kneed the dough in flour and roll it using a rolling pin. Let it sit again for 30 minutes, you will notice that it will get bigger. Divide the dough and roll it with flour, roll it onto the pizza pan, cut around the edge of the pan and fold the ends, then precook for 10 minutes before adding the toppings.</p>
<p>Finally, when the crust is ready, we can now add the toppings. First we need to use a pastry brush apply the pizza sauce to the crust, for a large pizza 2 tablespoons will do. Sprinkle a layer of cheese and add on the other toppings, the pepperoni, ground beef, ground pork, pineapples, mushroom, onions, bell peppers and the olives. Add another layer of a generous amount or mozzarella cheese to top it up so it could be extra special. &nbsp;Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and slice it up.</p>

I love pizza.  We just tried it grilled last night for the first time.  So freaking delicious!  We have a gas oven that doesn't get quite hot enough, so the grill worked out perfect - got up to 550°F and pizza took all of 10 minutes to make.
