The story of the museum in Norway. In the second part of the post, I will also post pictures and a brief history.

<p>The National Museum of Norway is located in the open air on the Bugdyoy Peninsula in Oslo, near the Museum of Viking ships, about 5 km from the center of Oslo.</p>
<p>&nbsp;Norwegian old wooden house. Bidding from Gulya is a 13th century church tower, one of the surviving wooden churches in Norway. The church was originally built in the commune Gul, but after the decision to demolish it was transported to Oslo. Now it is one of the most visited exhibits in the Norwegian People's Museum. The appearance of the church was restored by the appearance of the church in Borgund. Inside the ancient church there are 17th century murals. In Norway and in the United States there are replicas of this church.</p>

<p>For the realism of the exposition, the staff of the museum, dressed in national costumes, every day they play different scenes from everyday rural life, acting as actors. Expositions are placed here in the form of a village, with streets and farms. Almost in each of them the visitors are waiting for the "owners", offering a cup of tea or milk.</p>

<p>The historical significance of the monument "Glove" stands in the center of Oslo. This name deserved the monument when King Christian IV took off and threw down his glove. In honor of this historic event, a monument was erected.</p>
<p>In 1624, the city of Oslo was burned, after which King Christian IV created a city project. He restored it because he was very fond of Norway. The bronze hand of the king surrounded by a fountain in the old part of modern Oslo reminds of this historic event.</p>

<p>Bronze sculpture of a police horse Thor. Its place is at the old officer's stables of Akershus Castle in Oslo.The monument is dedicated to the equestrian police corps of the Oslo police, which is needed to patrol the streets of the city. According to tradition, horses are given names from Scandinavian mythology. This monument was named after the god Thor - the god of storm and thunder, protecting people from monsters and giants.</p>
