<html> <h1>小寓言</h1> <p><img src="http://i.imgur.com/dInsOP8.jpg"/></p> <p>A君與B君兩人是同一家企業的職員，B君因為喜歡與三五好友飲酒作樂，於是下班後常常不醉不歸，也導致了發薪日前盤纏不夠需要跟A君擋糧的情形，唯一冀望的被動收入就是退休後的勞工保險。</p> <p><br></p> <p>而A君不同，A君也有自己的嗜好，不過花費盡量控制在預定的範圍內，日子相對過得簡單，只因A君在學生時期立下了要在五十歲以前退休的目標，下班之後通常花幾個小時研究投資標的，看看財經資訊、分析盤勢; 手上除了有定存股，在股市大多頭時期也順勢而為小賺了幾筆，簡言之就是非常認真的打造自己的主、被動收入; 當有一天看著自己的存款，突然覺得自己可以提早退休。</p> <p><br></p> <p>如果沒意外，你覺得誰會較早達到財富自由？</p> <p><br></p> <h1>引言</h1> <p><br></p> <p>前些天 @deanliu 老哥的<a href="https://steemit.com/laodr-teahouse/@deanliu/laodr-tea-house-beta-170615">茶館帖</a>中，有提到財務自由，發覺原來很多人對這概念不甚了解，讓我驚覺必須得盡舉指之勞使大夥兒早日脫離工薪苦海。</p> <p><br></p> <p>另外你可能會問我有什麼資格談財富自由？身為對沖基金負責人，應該還是有一點心得可以跟各位討論分享; 我喜歡化繁為簡，所以不會講得太專業，況且簡單才好咀嚼消化。</p> <p><br></p> <p>首先，我要強調的是每個人一定都有能力可以達到財富自由，要到達這個領域當然不是簡單活，可是螢幕前的你一定可以，我不採用”認命“這兩個字，因為你是你命運的主宰。</p> <p><br></p> <p>...等等，先別急著說我裝逼，耐著性子看完你會發現沒那麼困難，</p> <p><br></p> <h1>正文</h1> <p><br></p> <p>財富自由可列為公式如下：</p> <p><br></p> <h3>被動綜合收入 —（生活費＋突發事件開銷＋欲望開銷）≧ 0</h3> <p><br></p> <p>大致上就是如此單純。</p> <p><br></p> <p>也就是你需要先計算出日常開銷，例如：你生活費為USD 500/MONTH，上網淘些寶貝大概會花掉你USD 300/MONTH，應急預備金USD 200/MONTH，也就是綜合開銷為USD 1000/MONTH ，給個20%寬限值，也就是大約USD 1200/MONTH，如果你被動收入達到USD 1200以上，那麼就可稱為財富自由。</p> <p><br></p> <p>當然如果你有旅遊需求，或其他方面的開銷，就需要你自己好好計算，每個人狀況都不一樣，這篇文章只是把大原則點出。</p> <p><br></p> <p>為什麼我用<em><strong>被動</strong></em>一詞？假如你還需要主動賺取薪資，用時間換取金錢，還稱為<em><strong>財富自由</strong></em>嗎？</p> <p><br></p> <p>被動收入包括但不限於：房屋租金收入、股票配發股利股息、保險、專利權、著作權（版權）.....等，能夠定期產生滋息的財產。</p> <p><br></p> <h1>結語</h1> <p><br></p> <p>至於怎麼開發被動收入，那又是其他的故事了，有時候需要資金建構，而有時候需要靈感。如果有其他想要暸解，儘管留言～</p> <p><br></p> <p>工作閒暇之餘提筆，難免百密一疏，請各位原諒，</p> <p><br></p> <h3>本文最後，祝 想前往或正在前往財富自由路上的你，早日到達目的地。</h3> <p><img src="http://i.imgur.com/2AOTaed.jpg"/></p> <p><img src="http://i.imgur.com/YfBauNK.jpg"/></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> </html>
