Sont stop to breathe. dont stop to see. Take in everything at once. See with your soul, see with your heart. Let the mind work its way through

Breathe in the new exhale the old. take the challenges by the deep deep waves of your feelings. Dont take a minute to hesitate or your time will be lost. 

Such a  precious thing to have, to be felt and to share. Yet the power behind it can be weakened unless the flowers from the earth can grow with full strength given the cleanest of airs and waters. The food to come from the very roots of our exhistance. 

Can you now see how we are connected? Can you now breathe what is truth? Say that you can love without judgmenet and be one with yourself and another. 

Know that if you can truly know what you are taking in, you too can achieve life's goals. A challenge you cannot quit. 

You will never stop learning while you are alive so thrive to stay alive. You will know everything the day you lay for your eternal slumber. 

Take it as it comes, for learning comes with patience. And with patience you learn in depths. 

Learn the right things, the right things of life and survival within ourselces and each other

I am not sure how I can prove that I didn't cheat for this contest other than not fixing my typos as I stressed to write fast and without stopping.

Man! What a challenge this was! 

It was brutal for me as I didn't have a topic to begin with. My daughter, Frankie, has caught a cold and is fighting to breathe through her nose. So breathing became the topic as  pressed the button to start writing.  I let my mind unravel what breathing was for me. 

Well the first time I failed. I stopped writing to think, with this app you cannot stop. Thankfully @zord189 is generous, letting us have a 2nd go at it. When you fail though, all that you already written is lost unless you subscribe to it. And since I wasn't up for subscribing to it and I've already forgotten what was written so nicely to start with, I just let it go and started typing anything. Well, I can say there were a few close calls, the letters started to fade as I fought to find words. I was trying to make the next part tie in with the last sentences written but with the slight drenaline pushing me to keep going, I was forgetting what was already said and there was no time to go back to look!

Definitely a tight chest challenge! It was fun though and I say that people should try writing like this without a topic or premeditating on what to write. Let your mind unravel to see what you have been hiding. It's pretty cool.
