Race for Water is a boat that moves by solar energy, whose objective is to help researchers in the study of the plastic waste found by the sea and measure the impact of plastics in the marine ecosystem

This boat measures 35 meters, its maximum speed is 16km per hour, thanks to the 38,000 photovoltaic cells, wind energy and hydrogen, located on the upper deck of the catamaran and on the two demountable wings.

This energy can be stored in batteries that can be used at night or to produce hydrogen. If the wind is optimal, it has a sail that allows it to exceed 10 knots.
