Today, I will talk about TOZEX. I have read the contents on their website and on their white paper and I got astounded on what the TOZEX platform can do for the investors, crowd funders, and blockchain projects that need to raise funds.

WHAT IS TOZEX AND ITS COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE AGAINST OTHER BLOCKCHAIN PROJECTS?


---> First of all, let me talk about the 3 main powerful platform integration with Tozex. 

Here is the platform's summarized in an infographic but I will explain it one by one as I read it from their white paper and from their meetings and explanations.

On the image above, that is the entire ecosystem where the TOZEX coin revolves. To simplify, let me talk each of all those to you guys.

A. TOZEX's TOKEN GENRATION: TOZEX TOKENPAD

-->  This is the first of the Tozex ecosystem that makes me go wow because you as anyone else in this world can  be able to generate tokens to be able to be sold to the general public. Whether a small or big business, you can be an owner of your own token idea! For corporations, I know that TOZEX decentralized auditing team will be able to check the criteria and qualifications when they are about to be listed on its own exchange of TOZEX that I will talk about later.

So for the token generation, there are 3 known offerings. 1st is  ICO, 2nd is STO and 3rd is the one that only TOZEX has. It is called BRO.

1. ICO---> This is the typical fund raising for most projects in the blockchain space. With this ICO or called as Initial Coin Offering, people will participate in the fundraising of the blockchain project by exchanging their Bitcoin or Ethereum to the tokens/coins selling by the company to raise funds and materialize their roadmap for the betterment of the ecosystem of crypto and for their use-case whatever it is. Mostly if you are using Ethereum to buy these tokens, automatically those tokens will be sent to your wallet because of what we call as smart contract. With smart contracts, even no one from the team is around and you wanted to buy their token or coin that is being sold from their website, you will just need to send your Ethereum to their contract address and what is on the code will be sent to you depending on the number of conditions and the specified amount for the particular number of ETH you have sent.

2. STO---> Also known as Security Token Offering. Tozex offers this kind of coin offering as well through the use of their platform. When we say  STO, these are coins that tokenizes the tangible products or assets such as Companies in brick-and-mortar companies, Real-Estate assets and so on and so forth. This means these tokens being offered are backed-up by real world value. Not just pure technology. It could be for expansion and technological advancements of the paying, selling and exchanging assets.

3. BRO---> Believer's Reward Offering.

Now that you have seen it, BRO in my own summary, is a way for companies to be able to raise funds safely by borrowing stablecoin assets from investors who wanted to participate in the lending of their stablecoin assets to help the company who needs financing gets financial boost for their great idea. As what I am seeing in the crypto space starting from 2017 is the crypto boom or the ICO boom wherein a lot of companies take advantage of the high prices and almost all people are making money. 

The boom subside early year 2018 and most of the companies who owe or get the precious bitcoins and ethereums that they got actually already lost the value while they still haven't hit the soft cap or the hard cap goal of the blockchain project. This gives 2 negative results. One is that investors will be very angry because those BTC , ETH or other primary coins have already lost value and was being held by these project owners. Second is that because the money is not enough to reach the goal or financial cap of a project, they are going to be in debt because those coins that they got last year was not the same value in 2018. It crashed. That is the dilemma. There could be suing that could happen in both parties. 

Now, TOZEX formulated the idea of this BRO, and even I was amazed by their idea. Because if you will lend stable coins, there will be no wild fluctuations for those who will be sending to companies who need financing. The benefit for the company or blockchain project team with this type of offering is that they can safely raise funds without the need to do KYC and they do not need to worry about the wild volatility of cryptocurrencies because stablecoins are pegged to 1 USD always. 

As I have read the white paper and the BRO mechanism, the lending of stablecoins will make the lenders or the 'Believers' to be able to earn interest from the stablecoins that they lend with these projects raising funds. Then aside from that, because you are a 'believer' you will also earn Tozex tokens while your stablecoins are earning interest as well. If I am not mistaken, the stablecoins can be converted to the project's coins where you have lent your money as well.
