**A GOAL WITHOUT A PLAN IS JUST A WISH.**

How many times have we wanted to do things, create things and we simply do not do it because we leave it for later or simply because we do not know how to plan? So having a planning and organization is important to be able to **FULFILL OUR PLANS AND GOALS.**

Here I can share some tips to take advantage of our planning, first of all, HAVE CLEAR GOALS AND GOALS, if we know where we want to go it will be much easier to meet those goals. If you are in limbo and do not know what you want in life I recommend that from now on you dedicate yourself to look for what you are so passionate about and want to achieve.

IF YOU ARE FEARFUL, DO IT WITH FEAR, it doesn't matter, the important thing is that you dare and get out of your comfort zone. Fear is an emotion that lives with us and that we must learn to understand.

REINFORCE YOUR SMALL VICTORIES, it is always important to give ourselves love and affection, rejoice for your small achievements, little by little we can go far.

ACCEPT FAILURES, we will always be prone to certain circumstances and we should not see it as a failure, but as an experience, use it to your advantage, so you will have more energy and attitude to move forward, let nothing stop you, believe in yourself and you will succeed.

HAVE PATIENCE AND CONSISTENCY, not always what we want will come as fast as we expect, everything takes time and we must know how to wait, many of the greats took years to have the success they have now, so do not expect that with you it will be different. Absolutely!! A goal without a plan is a total waste of time and absolutely unneccessary. While setting goals, correct plans must be drawn to make those goals attainable and of course, work must also be put in place to achieve desired result.

Hi @franyeligonzalez, I totally agree with the title of the post, if we have set a goal but we do not draw a plan to achieve it that becomes just a desire, we must plan activities that lead us to the achievement of that goal, and I believe that planning and perseverance, along with a good attitude, will make the goal is achieved, and we must plan activities that will help us to achieve it.
