 <p>Online romance fraud porpularly called "sakawa" in Ghana is a big business for many unemployed people. Richard Yaw Dorpe a Ghanaian is facing charges in a US district court for defrauding a woman in Chesapeake an amount of $312,814 in the pretext of being a 57-year old man. Many people in Ghana believe it's wrong to defraud, but are of the view that it is justifiable after the "whites" have developed their countries with gold and other resources from Africa.</p>
