Living NPCs is basically the most important for me. If the characters do stuff like they did in Gothic, that's just awesome. Though the others are just as needed, I think this one has the most impact, if done right. Only, love the fact you used <b>Rimworld</b> in there too, great game!

Loved the video. I agree with every point, although there's something to be said about number 5 (NPCs standing in the rain), that is that rain shouldn't fall under archways and porches and buildings. Which always happens in Bethesda games. So why bother running for protection, right? :D

You were very clever not to talk about any kind of health and wounding system, even if I'd love to have your opinion on that. Should they go "I take cover and I'm magically healed just because I don't take bullets for 3 seconds" style? Should they go "yeah health is limited but a medkit will fix pretty much anything"? Should they finally take a hint from Vietcong and do the "yeah you can heal yourself but every time you do your total health decreases, so be aware"? I always thought that realism was somehow counterproductive in that area, and yet I loved Operation: Flashpoint and sequels, where you actually die from a couple stray bullets if you're not careful (or you can find yourself unable to walk due to a wounded leg). 

Uh, and another thing that I find bothersome is the total absence of kids in games. I understand that they had to remove kids from Fallout because people killed them and it wasn't really ethical, but many games don't even feature killable friendlies, so I don't get why they wouldn't have kids at all!
