The workers that are responsible for all the consumer crap that you consumed today do the work each and every day without once asking the accounting department how the boss is doing.

If the accounting department jumped off a cliff, the average worker, the one most responsible for the goods being mined, refined, created, and delivered, wouldn't much give a damn.  

S/he would just show up tomorrow for his/her shift as if nothing was different.

This is the elegance of the idea I am about to give you.

With the presumption that those working today will continue to work tomorrow, we can just eliminate the accounting dept.
Everything can be free.

No rent. 
No mortgage. 
No car payment. 
No electric bill. 
Chef cooked meals every night.
